So close to the Museum of Art & Cultural History, I practically lived there! The apartment was all mine, loved feeling like a queen. Staff spoke German and English, in case I wanted to discuss art in two languages.

Couldn't find tea/coffee.

For the price we paid, Big Apartments offered great value in terms of location and amenities. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with convenient storage and blackout shutters for a good night's sleep. The owner was responsive and accommodating, providing us with basic toiletries and even bringing a coffee machine when we mentioned it was missing. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and close to restaurants and bars.

Breakfast offerings could be improved by providing a wider variety of items, such as mugs or cups for hot drinks, in addition to salt.

i just needed a place for one night, everything was beautiful. the staff was so very very kind. i enjoyed the bed, it was comfortable there was kitchen, could cook my own meal.

The rooms at Big Apartments in Dortmund are fantastic! They have a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and stovetop, which made cooking a breeze for me. As a guest with physical handicaps, having this kitchen setup was incredibly convenient and made me feel right at home.

I found the bathroom in this apartment to be a bit cramped. But hey, that's just my personal opinion and others might still find it perfectly fine.

The staff at the pizzeria where I picked up the key were very friendly and polite. it was a great find and I would definitely recommend it for a lads weekend away or for anyone looking for a convenient and budget-friendly option in the city center.
